A young mad scientist sets out to create a pet monster within parallel worlds of an imaginary laboratory and the reality of the boy's bedroom.

Drawn in by mysterious creatures of light, the Ohm tracks them across the planet, changing the known order of matter, time and space.

The Curse of the Were-Rat follows the story of a cat whose life suddenly lies in jeopardy as a bloodthirsty, dark arts enthusiast will do anything to achieve his goal. The clock is ticking. The atmosphere thickens with every second. One thing is certain. Before midnight, everyone will be put to their final test.

On the surface this six minute long visual delight is your standard kid's film. But don’t let it fool you. Disguised underneath this seemingly light-hearted tale and beautiful, painstakingly detailed set pieces, lies dark and pessimistic diagnosis of life’s nature. Life isn’t fair. Morality is a weakness as our choices fall flat in the eye of ever present determinism.
